The Learning and Awareness Contractor role is a Manager level position for approximately 10 months beginning in April 2026. This is a hybrid role working across the CoRe KS Practitioner Engagement team, and is responsible for supporting the delivery of internal projects that raise awareness of and educate practitioners about how to leverage CoRe KS products and services, and effectively in support of their client work. Working with colleagues across the globe, key activities include developing, delivering and customizing KS communications and learning content for a variety of internal audiences. Activities include supporting the development and distribution of internal promotional campaign materials, the delivery of events such as live webinars, creation of learning videos, supporting the maintenance of existing learning-related content, and monitoring the impacts of these activities. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment. Required skills include: outstanding writing and editing capabilities ability to flex writing skills to cover both promotional and learning activities learning content development skills experience of online event co-ordination and production excellent presentation skills project management skills outstanding interpersonal skills – able to quickly establish rapport, build trust and confidence in a virtual environment creative thinking and brainstorming resourcefulness and problem solving ability to capture and analyze basic metrics this role reports to Manager, KS Learning Integration.
