About The Position

The Learning & Development Associate delivers Teller Training and assists with monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of this training program. Relies on instructional design techniques to plan and accomplish objectives.

Requirements

  • Teller experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Training experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint for the purpose of producing training preferred.
  • Associates degree and minimum 1 year teller experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years retail banking experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver job-specific, functional training for new and existing employees.
  • Modify and revise training materials as necessary, to incorporate feedback and adapt to changes that occur.
  • Coordinate and assist with training event logistics including distributing correspondence, invitations, prework requirements, arranging meals, room/technology set-up, and making room arrangements.
  • Maintain designated regional training hub, including classroom facilities, computer systems, classroom equipment and supplies, and other related materials.
  • Travel to designated regions is required.
  • Overnight stays should be expected.
