About The Position

The Learning & Development Associate delivers Teller Training and assists with monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of this training program. Relies on instructional design techniques to plan and accomplish objectives.

Requirements

Teller experience.

Nice To Haves

Training experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint for the purpose of producing training preferred.
Associates degree and minimum 1 year teller experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years retail banking experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver job-specific, functional training for new and existing employees.
Modify and revise training materials as necessary, to incorporate feedback and adapt to changes that occur.
Coordinate and assist with training event logistics including distributing correspondence, invitations, prework requirements, arranging meals, room/technology set-up, and making room arrangements.
Maintain designated regional training hub, including classroom facilities, computer systems, classroom equipment and supplies, and other related materials.
Travel to designated regions is required.
Overnight stays should be expected.
