The Instructional Designer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing learning experiences that drive business impact. This role focuses on creating engaging, scalable, and effective training content using modern instructional design principles, digital learning tools, and emerging technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop training solutions that enhance associate development and align with business objectives. Design and develop engaging learning content using a variety of formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and blended learning. Apply instructional design best practices to create interactive and effective learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and skill development. Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Leverage digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning authoring tools) to develop and deploy training content efficiently. Evaluate and improve training effectiveness by gathering feedback, analyzing learning outcomes, and making data-driven recommendations. Utilize multimedia tools (graphics, video, simulations, gamification, etc.) to enhance the learning experience. Stay ahead of emerging learning technologies (VR, AI, mobile learning) and recommend innovative solutions to improve training effectiveness. Ensure brand consistency and quality standards in all instructional materials.
