Amy’s is committed to cooking authentic great tasting food with high quality, meticulously sourced organic ingredients and making them convenient for consumers.     We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Learning & Development Team this summer. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in talent review preparation and contribute to the leadership learning modules for the organization’s Development Toolkit. This includes organizing and formatting content, building presentation-based learning materials, and assisting with basic multimedia elements such as AI-generated voiceovers. The role will also involve maintaining and updating resources within SharePoint to ensure materials are accessible and up to date.

Requirements

• Attending a four-year college or university to attain a degree in Business, Communications, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field; or already awarded bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. 
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic experience with SharePoint or similar file-sharing platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint)
• Comfort learning simple multimedia tools (e.g., AI voiceover generators).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.  Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders. 
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. 
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables 

Responsibilities

• Organize and format content for leadership learning materials.
• Build presentation-based training modules using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Assist with basic multimedia elements, including AI-generated voiceovers.
• Maintain and update resources in SharePoint to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
