Summer 2026: The Partners Group has an exciting opportunity to join us in Portland, Oregon for the summer as a Learning & Development Intern! How you will make an impact at TPG As a Learning & Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the rollout of our new Learning Management System (LMS), helping us elevate how the entire organization learns and grows. Your work will directly support our employees’ development experience and contribute to long-term people, culture, and organizational effectiveness goals. This internship is a great fit for someone who is curious about Learning & Development and/or HR as a career path, enjoys organizing information, and is excited about gaining real-world experience in both technical systems and learning operations.

Requirements

  • You’re an incoming Junior-, Senior-, or recent college graduate-equivalent status (recently completed or working toward a BA/BS gree with a 3.0+ GPA)
  • Your major(s)/area(s) of study: Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related programs preferred
  • You have a working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • You’re comfortable learning new online tools and technical systems (no prior experience required!)
  • You’re organized and curious, and you enjoy making sense of messy or complex information
  • You can manage your time well and keep track of different tasks without feeling overwhelmed
  • You pay attention to the small details and follow through on what you start
  • You communicate clearly and aren’t afraid to ask questions when you need more context
  • You’re comfortable working on your own but also enjoy jumping in with the team when needed

Responsibilities

  • Organize, migrate, and systemize learning materials into the new LMS
  • Assist with LMS setup, configuration support, testing, and quality checks
  • Upload content, complete data entry, and ensure accurate tagging and organization
  • Track project tasks, timelines, and milestones to support smooth implementation
  • Document processes, workflows, and system updates
  • Collaborate with L&D and People team members to clarify requirements and share questions or insights
