About The Position

THE LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT LEAD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNING AND MANAGING SIMUTECH’S CORE LEARNING PROGRAMS, INCLUDING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING, AND INTERNAL TRAINING INITIATIVES. THIS ROLE WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH HR, FUNCTIONAL LEADERS, AND SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS TO ENSURE LEARNING PROGRAMS SUPPORT EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT, STRENGTHEN MANAGER CAPABILITY, AND REINFORCE SIMUTECH’S CULTURE OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. THE POSITION ALSO MAINTAINS THE COMPANY’S LEARNING INFRASTRUCTURE, INCLUDING THE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS), AND ENSURES EMPLOYEES HAVE ACCESS TO RELEVANT AND EFFECTIVE LEARNING RESOURCES.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience designing or facilitating leadership or professional development programs.
  • Experience managing or supporting employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with leaders across different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for new and experienced managers.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that strengthen management capability, communication, and team leadership.
  • Support managers in building coaching, feedback, and performance management skills.
  • Manage and continuously improve the employee onboarding experience.
  • Ensure new hires receive the training, tools, and resources necessary to become productive and engaged members of the organization.
  • Partner with department leaders to maintain relevant onboarding content.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs that support employee development and professional growth.
  • Maintain and update core training materials and learning resources.
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content.
  • Manage the company’s learning management system (LMS).
  • Track participation and completion of learning programs.
  • Provide reporting and insights to HR leadership on learning engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Gather feedback from employees and leaders to improve learning programs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences through new tools, formats, or training methods.
  • Support HR initiatives that strengthen employee development and organizational capability.
