Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience, showing continued progression
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally/globally 5-10% of time
  • Demonstrated success of leadership, creativity, agility, and resiliency
  • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Learning & Development Programs – Design, develop, and deliver key L&D interventions (e.g.., training programs) that build organizational capability, including end-to-end management of core AFNA programs.
  • Individual Development Planning – Lead learning & development for individuals both directly (e.g., coaching, learning suggestions) and through large-scale systematic intervention.
  • Career Development Programs – Lead efforts to effectively enhance individual and group capability in key career development programs
  • Functional Excellence Programs – Lead key business-led functional excellence programs such Value-Plus and Procure-Plus from a learning and development perspective.
  • Online Learning/Workday Learning – Create, manage and scale online learning offerings throughout AFNA
  • Candidate Assessment – Own the management of AFNA candidate assessment processes, including interpretation of results and developing recommendations to HR business partners.
  • Support Talent Management Activity – Work with HR and business leaders following Talent Councils and other talent activities to identify and recommend group and individual learning interventions that help build capability and build succession bench strength.
  • Talent and Learning Program Integration – Lead and support efforts to integrate Group-wide talent & learning programs.
  • 360 Feedback – Manage companies 360 feedback tool.
  • Vendor Management – Interface with, and manage key vendors related to various learning program activities, including management of supplier contracts and invoicing.
  • Learning Webpage – Development of webpage/SharePoint focused providing AFNA-wide learning resources
  • Individual Planning & Performance Management – Track, analyze and report key learning & development data.
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive improvements in Group-wide learning and development programs and activity.
  • Project Management – Rigorously manage specific projects related to learning and development.
  • Engagement – Lead and manage the AFNA engagement cycle and associated actions
