The internship program has an opening for a Learning Education & Development Intern who is ready for new and exciting challenges in a fast-paced environment. The internship will expose the intern to key facets of the Learning, Education and Development Department and will allow the intern to participate in projects and daily work. The intern may be involved in some of the following assignments: • Coordination of training content. • Writing and review of training content. • Observing instructor led classes and virtual learning classes. • This position is hourly nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources or related business field required.
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 (or higher) on a 4.0 scale preferred.
  • Graduation dates of August 2026 through May 2028 required.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week during the Summer required.
  • Able and willing to work on-site and in-person, required.

  • Valero’s pre-employment process includes successful completion of a background check, hair analysis drug screen, and pre-employment physical (if applicable).
