About The Position

The Role We are seeking inquisitive, forward-thinking team members, passionate about instructional design and excited to collaborate on designing and building innovative new approaches to digital learning at Fidelity. As a Learning Experience Architect, you will assist our talent programs and learning organizations in producing digital solutions that deliver on their business outcomes. The Team As a member of the Enterprise Skills & Learning team, you will be at the center of Fidelity's initiatives to deliver modern learning experiences across the enterprise. Your insight and ability to design and develop high-quality learning solutions on our digital platforms is essential to building impactful learning experiences at Fidelity. Certifications: Category: Training Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design, User Experience Design, and/or Front-End Web Development
  • Experience with graphic design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD or Figma
  • Experience designing rich, interactive digital experiences and bringing them to life via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Eagerness to innovate and think differently
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
  • Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.
  • In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
  • Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.

  • Advocating for user-centered design and outcome-based thinking.
  • Designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that improve performance.
  • Striving to push the boundaries of learning capabilities through experimentation and exploration of new ideas.
  • Collaborating with Business Leaders and Talent Product Owners on plans and strategy for large-scale initiatives and complex projects.
