The Learning & Organizational Development Intern at Woodward will work closely with our Sr. Learning Coordinator and dedicate their time to gaining a full understanding of the L&OD function. Throughout the internship, they will rotate across several essential areas within the department, including developing and implementing core, targeted, and accelerated talent initiatives. This immersive experience provides hands-on involvement in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Communication and coordination are central to this role; the intern will regularly interact with team members, support the scheduling and facilitation of learning events, and help ensure that resources and information are delivered accurately and on time. Through these experiences, the intern will sharpen their communication, project management, and teamwork skills, all while contributing to the growth and effectiveness of the department. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a foundation for a career that positively impacts people, culture, and organizational success.
