About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Learning & Organizational Development Manager who knows the dealership world inside and out — especially Sales and Service Drive operations — and is ready to turn training into measurable performance. Position is based in Colorado with ideal candidates being in the Colorado Springs, Denver or Longmont area. This isn’t a “sit behind a desk and build PowerPoints” role. You’ll be in-store, on the floor, coaching, facilitating, modeling best practices, and building scalable systems that directly impact revenue, CSI, retention, and productivity. Requirements

  • 5+ years in training, dealership operations, sales/service management, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of dealership sales processes and service drive operations
  • Experience designing and delivering structured training programs
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to influence leaders and drive behavioral change
  • Analytical mindset — you connect training to performance metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
  • Ability to frequently travel between store locations as needed (Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder, Longmont, West Palm Beach, FL)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, with primary ownership of Sales and Service Drive processes
  • Standardize and optimize sales and service workflows to drive consistency, growth, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with Sales, Fixed Ops, HR, and dealership leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted development solutions
  • Build structured onboarding pathways that accelerate time-to-productivity
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training, workshops, and leadership programs
  • Create scalable learning tools: playbooks, SOPs, job aids, and digital content
  • Align training initiatives to measurable business outcomes including CSI, retention, conversion, and productivity metrics
  • Support leadership coaching, succession planning, change management, and culture-building efforts
