About The Position

The Learning & Organizational Development Operations Specialist owns the operational backbone of learning and talent programs by administering Workday Learning and related HR systems. This role ensures high quality program execution through strong system administration, reporting and analytics, data integrity, and an effective end to end participant experience, including clear guidance and timely issue resolution. The Specialist partners with program owners, facilitators, HR stakeholders, and the HR Technology team to evaluate system needs, define business requirements, and enable scalable, reliable system execution. This role focuses on learner flow, data accuracy, and continuous optimization of Workday Learning and talent related processes within established system governance.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Workday Learning & Talent systems administration: administer Workday workflows for learning and talent programs, including enrollments, completions, prerequisites, and recurrences; troubleshoot issues and document processes and SOPs.
  • Reporting & analytics: build recurring dashboards (participation, completions, progress) and ad hoc analyses; drive data storytelling and the “why” behind trends.
  • Participant experience management: provide clear guidance, resolve participant issues, and coordinate system connections to ensure smooth learner flow; oversee translation needs.
  • Data quality and roster management: maintain accurate participant rosters, attendance, completions; partner with the L&OD Coordinator to reconcile data.
  • Facilitator enablement: develop job aids, quick guides, and training to support facilitators and program teams using Workday Learning and talent processes.
  • Operational support: provide backup execution for Workday tasks and program mechanics as needed.
