Here’s to the world ahead.  The Learning Specialist will manage the delivery of a variety of training and development courses for Graebel employees. Integral to the creation and the assessment of all corporate training programs as needed. We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $65,000 to $70,000.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the training within the scope of responsibility. This includes planning, contributing to the design and development of course content and the assessments for new hires, managers, and compliance training. Review course and content data making recommendations regarding revisions. Responsible for recommending and developing creative instructional curriculum for instructor-led, live online, and asynchronous e-learning to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Manage relationships within the training team, L&D design team, HR, and within the business unit/office to ensure that communication at all levels is effectively attaining the company's goals. Cooperatively work with all departments to successfully implement change management and identify and address training gaps, when discovered.
  • Partner with Regional Hiring Managers and HR to support new hire onboarding experience.
  • Partner with Regional AM, Ops Manager, and Revenue Team to understand billing triggers and client nuances in order to create reference materials to enhance frontline training and understanding of process.
  • Support new client onboarding by partnering with global owners to roll out applicable training.
  • Serve as Data Champion by understanding the data going into the system and the downstream impacts of the data to identify trends. Ensures that frontline has tools and resources needed to understand the end to end process.
  • Develop and monitor outcome-based metrics to track training impact and adjust training content and delivery as necessary to improve metrics. Ensure compliance training meets all necessary guidelines. Source solutions when training is not meeting the immediate needs and goals of an office/business unit.
  • Partners with the business unit and/or office to identify and train SMEs to assist with implementing refresher trainings, updating job aids, new processes, and systems training.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
