As a Learning & Talent Development Supervisor within PNC's Learning & Development organization, you will be based in Denver, CO. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Job Description Manages day-to-day activities of a team in support of learning and talent development within the organization. Assesses and organizes the work flow and execution of facilitation and/or maintenance of learning and talent programs. Leads the planning and delivery of learning and talent programs to attain business objectives. Works with the learning and talent development team to support best practices for the delivery and effectiveness of learning and talent programs. Provides the analysis and implementation of learning and talent development plans for the organization in order to maintain and improve effectiveness. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • An operations or production environment position typically requires 2 years of previous managerial experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
