We are seeking a Lease Administration Coordinator to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. The Lease Administration Coordinator will be responsible for the organization of leasing transactions submitted by leasing and property management and triaging between internal and external resources. Will also be responsible for timely data entry of tenant sales information from our co-sourcing partner into JD Edwards. The individual will assist in the analysis of accuracy and provide management and field offices with reporting of tenant data analysis and trends as requested. This role will also provide the accounting teams with percentage rent billings calculations derived from the inputs of sales information and post final billings to tenant’s accounts. While completing day-to-day activities, a strong emphasis will be placed on providing support to process improvements and helping implement solutions. Additionally, this role serves as a liaison between other internal departments and provides assistance with audit requests.
