Proficient in maintaining databases and document repositories using ProLease, handling recurring invoices, and preparing detailed monthly reports for Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze account statements and general ledger entries provided by landlords to determine valid and appropriate payments.
  • Categorize rental expenses, taxes, and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Maintain and update lease documentation and financial records in ProLease and related systems.
  • Receive, verify, and upload supporting documents for recurring invoices and additional charges.
  • Record invoices and check requests in internal control files.
  • Generate monthly reports for Accounts Payable to facilitate lease-related disbursements.
  • Coordinate on-site shredding services and ensure proper document disposal practices.
  • Follow up property owners and leasing companies to resolve discrepancies and pending payment confirmations.
  • Assist in routine compliance reviews related to lease contracts and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Support the calculation and processing of surety bond payments.
  • Prepare reports related to unclaimed properties in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage security deposit records and ensure reconciliation with contractual terms.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
