About The Position

With over 16,000 units managed across multiple states, including Texas, Nevada, and Florida, KPM is dedicated to providing outstanding property management services to enhance tenant experiences and maximize property performance. As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents, playing a crucial role in showcasing our properties and assisting clients in finding their ideal home.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in a real estate or property management role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential residents.
  • Familiarity with property management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate property showings and events.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing paperwork and application processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours and showcase available apartment homes to potential residents, highlighting key features and amenities.
  • Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and processing applications.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our properties in the marketplace.
  • Respond to inquiries from interested tenants, via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
  • Support lease negotiations and ensure all lease agreements are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement leasing strategies that drive occupancy rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and resident interactions in the property management system.
