Original Ventures is seeking a high-drive, part-time Leasing Agent to support our growing salon suite locations. This is not a passive, sit-and-wait sales role. It’s for someone who loves the chase, understands that consistent follow-up wins deals, and takes ownership of their pipeline from first inquiry to signed lease. This position is ideal for someone seeking evening and weekend hours who wants flexibility paired with upside earning potential through hourly pay plus commission. You’ll serve as the face of your designated location—guiding prospective Partners (tenants) through the leasing journey while also acting as the liaison between on-site Partners and our home office. Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, leasing, or commission-based experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent follow-up and closing.
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline—nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented; you don’t need to be micromanaged.
  • Comfortable working evenings and/or weekends.
  • Strong communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Professional presence with a warm, relationship-driven approach.
  • Ability to conduct property walk-throughs and move throughout the location as needed.
  • Reliable transportation for local travel between sites if required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Follow-Up & Deal Management Respond to new inquiries quickly and professionally—speed matters.
  • Proactively follow up on all leads via phone, text, and email with consistent, strategic communication.
  • Maintain an organized CRM pipeline with no loose ends.
  • Track conversations, set reminders, and move prospects steadily toward signed agreements.
  • Understand that daily activity drives weekly results—and commission.
  • Tours & Closing Conduct engaging, confident property tours that highlight the lifestyle and business opportunity.
  • Build rapport quickly and uncover what matters most to each prospective Partner.
  • Handle objections with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Stay in consistent contact post-tour to close deals and secure commitments.
  • Maintain strong closing ratios through discipline and follow-through.
  • Property Oversight & Inspections Conduct routine property inspections to ensure suites and common areas remain clean, professional, and show-ready.
  • Identify maintenance needs and communicate clearly with the home office.
  • Protect the brand by maintaining a polished, welcoming environment at all times.
  • Partner & Home Office Liaison Serve as the primary point of contact for Partners at your designated location.
  • Communicate questions, concerns, and updates between Partners and the home office efficiently and clearly.
  • Support new Partner onboarding and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships that foster long-term retention.
