Requirements
- Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Comfortable talking with people in person, by phone, and online
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Interest in growing within property management
Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with prospective residents
- Tour apartments and amenities
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
- Process applications and leases accurately
- Help keep listings current and support community events
- Be a friendly, reliable resource for residents
