About The Position

Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant/Housekeeper to assist at our property Mustang Heights in Sweetwater, TX. The Leasing Professional is the community’s sales representative. We are looking for someone extremely service oriented; cheerful and articulate, friendly and welcoming, quick to put people at ease, extremely organized and are always looking for opportunities to be proactive with service and quick. This person will also be responsible for weekly cleaning of the property office as well as some other make ready duties at he property. QualificationsWHAT YOU’LL DO: Stand and greet everyone who enters the office Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally whether it is a prospect call, resident, service request, etc. Welcome prospects to the property, understand their needs, build rapport and present the community as the ideal solution. Uncover and counter all objections and close the sale Inspect tour route, amenities, models and market ready vacancies daily to ensure readiness for viewing Help maintain and clean the property office weekly Review lother tasks around the property and help when appropriate WHAT WE NEED: 1+ years of apartment leasing experience Flexibility for a dynamic role Experience with Yardi property management software, a plus Bilingual in English/Spanish, a plus Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff Excellent customer service skills Dependable and punctual Valid driver’s license, required Successfully pass preemployment background check and drug test, required Desire to learn the requirements of the Property Management industry so that you can be promoted Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance COMPENSATION: $12-13/Hr. Requirements

1+ years of apartment leasing experience
Flexibility for a dynamic role
Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff
Excellent customer service skills
Dependable and punctual
Valid driver’s license, required
Successfully pass preemployment background check and drug test, required
Desire to learn the requirements of the Property Management industry so that you can be promoted

Nice To Haves

Experience with Yardi property management software, a plus
Bilingual in English/Spanish, a plus
