About The Position

As the Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community's reputation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of affordale leasing experience required.
Must have LIHTC experience.
Must have Housing Choice Voucher knowledge.
Must have Project Based Voucher knowledge.
Must have NCHFA targeting program requirements.

Nice To Haves

Multi-Family experience preferred.

Responsibilities
