About The Position

We are seeking a temporary Leasing Coordinator to support the property's leasing efforts by responding to inquiries from prospective and current residents at our new affordable housing community featuring 456 apartments in Tysons Corner. What the Leasing Coordinator will be doing: Review and manage leads through Entrata. Handle prospect inquiries promptly via phone, online, and in-person. Handle prospect and resident questions, concerns, and requests accurately, promptly, and efficiently. Interact with all clients (residents, staff, and vendors) in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in preparing weekly rental activity reports and marketing tasks to include evaluating the competitive market in which the property operates, completing leasing/marketing reports, and “shopping” competition regularly. Assist with administrative duties such as audits, filing, and log updates. Assist and attend resident functions. Research and create property-relevant social media posts following the guidelines and timelines provided. Create and participate in apartment video tours as well as additional video content to be used for various forms of property marketing. What the Leasing Coordinator will need to succeed: Sales or customer service-related experience desired, college degree a plus. Computer knowledge of Word and Excel, social media (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) required. Entrata experience preferred. Good communication skills, bilingual skills (English/Spanish) desirable. Ability to resolve resident questions, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently. We offer our Leasing Coordinator: Pay range: $22-$24 per hour. 401(k) plan with employer match and generous vesting schedule. Paid Time Off (based on the number of hours worked).

Requirements
