About The Position

IEC Property Services Corporation (IECPSC) is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Manager to be responsible for all the leasing activities at our 468-unit apartment community located in Santa Clara, California. Requirements

Two to five years of multi-family leasing experience; prior experience as Senior Leasing Consultant or Leasing Manager highly desired
Leadership skills required
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with Yardi proficiency
Good organizational skills
Must be available to work weekend hours

Responsibilities

Strong leasing and marketing efforts
Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
