FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: 5 days a week including rotating Saturdays Reports to: Property Manager Job Description Levco Management is currently hiring a Leasing Manager for a 716-unit conventional property located in North Chesterfield, VA. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in the apartment industry who is interested in advancing their career with a growing company.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the apartment management industry.
  • Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Yardi software is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest quality customer service to residents and prospects.
  • Respond to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments.
  • Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
  • Process rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
  • Managing move-ins and move-outs.
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Manage and participate in leasing and renewal activities.
  • Monitor use of community facilities, mail, and fitness center.
  • Lead the leasing team and set regular goals to achieve.
  • Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned to you.
