Leaves Administration Specialist The Opportunity: As a professional in shared delivery, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight into shared delivery performance. As part of the Leave Administration team, you will perform administrative, transactional, and vendor management activities, including leave of absence and return to work, and complex life-cycle transactions associated with FMLA, STD, LTD, and Military Leave. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. How You’ll Contribute: Provide customer service and support to employees, managers, and vendors on escalated leave inquiries and reporting. Administer and coordinate family and medical leave, family illness requests, absences, activities, and requests Act as leave case managers for all leave types. Coordinate with leave vendor on leave status and payments. Collect and submit required leave documentation. Enter transactions, data, and employee information into Workday, including HSA ineligibility, duplicate dependents, HSA CIP failure report, reopen events, benefit elections via ICF, and add and update dependent information. Collaborate with Employee Care Center for employee and dependent loss of life. Verify Employee Resilience Fund requests. Ready to build the future of shared delivery for the better? Join us.
