As an Outside Service Attendant at Cragun’s Legacy Courses, you are the face of our operation, setting the tone for every golfer’s experience. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist will help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. As the first and last point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring all golfers have a memorable visit to our golf facility. Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable handling physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A valid driver’s license is required for operating golf carts
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in golf or customer service is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating and meeting guests' needs with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Resolve any issues with professionalism to ensure a positive experience for all
• Welcome golfers as they arrive, provide them with necessary information, and assist with any questions or requests they may have
• Load and unload golf bags from vehicles, carts, or staging areas for golfers, ensuring that their equipment is handled carefully
• Prepare and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, fully charged, and stocked with necessary supplies such as scorecards, tees, sand and seed, pencils, and towels
• Monitor and maintain the driving range, ensuring it is stocked with balls, organized, and ready for use
• Clean golfers' clubs before and after rounds, ensuring they are stored properly if needed
• Answer golfers’ questions about course layout, tee times, amenities, and Cragun’s Resort, including events like the CRMC Championship
• Assist with tournament or event preparations, ensuring smooth operations by setting up, helping with team assignments, and addressing guest needs
• Maintain clean and organized outdoor areas, including parking lots, paths, the staging area, and other common areas
