We are currently recruiting remote/work from home Legacy Program Representatives to work directly on behalf of the ACLU. The ACLU's Legacy Giving connects with dedicated, high-level donors who are considering leaving a lasting gift through their estate plans. As a Legacy Program Representative working on behalf of the ACLU, you won't be making solicitation calls — this is relationship-based customer service and appointment setting, where your conversations help the ACLU's most committed supporters take the next step in a decision they're already passionate about. Job Profile: Representing the ACLU directly in outreach to high-level legacy donors Conducting warm, professional conversations about the ACLU's Legacy giving program and setting appointments with the Legacy team This is NOT a solicitation or cold calling role — you are connecting with established, deeply committed ACLU supporters Shift hours vary and include daytime hours; scheduling is subject to change Comprehensive and ongoing training and coaching provided Entirely remote/work from home Flat hourly rate of pay You're the right fit if you: Are passionate about the ACLU's mission and can speak to it authentically Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and sensitivity on meaningful topics Are comfortable discussing legacy giving and estate planning in a calm, informative way Can engage confidently and hold genuine conversations with highly educated, high-level donors Are a strong active listener — this role is about connection, not scripts Representing the ACLU means representing decades of tireless advocacy for civil rights and civil liberties.
