The Prepping Specialist supports clients and the Evans & Davis team by preparing all the documentation necessary for the client journey. When you work efficiently and accurately, our staff meets their deadlines. Your careful planning and execution provide clients with peace of mind, as they ultimately receive their legacy plans in beautifully packaged, easy-to-follow binder.

Responsibilities

  • With efficiency, modify, examine, prepare, and organize legal documents in preparation for attorney-client document signing meetings
  • Manage, organize, and maintain documents in digital filing systems
  • Regularly update document information in Lawmatics–the firm’s CRM tool
  • Prepare accurate correspondence to submit client financial documentation via postal mail and fax
  • Utilize online systems to submit various client documents, including deeds, for digital recording
  • Proofread and edit documents, smoothly making updates and corrections
  • Eagerly provide general assistance with administrative tasks, including document printing, collating, and scanning
  • Work collaboratively as an important member of the Processing Specialist Team, assisting colleagues as needed.
