About The Position

Infotree Global Solutions is an international organization providing workforce solutions, HR services, and compliance support across multiple jurisdictions. As our legal function continues to expand, we are looking for a Legal Associate to work closely with the General Counsel and support legal operations across international projects. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working in a business-facing in-house environment, handling practical legal issues related to workforce models, employment law, and cross-border operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in an international organization or corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, with practical experience advising on employment-related matters
  • Advanced English (C1 level or higher) with demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing legal documentation and contracts in English
  • Experience working with contracts and legal documentation in an international business environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess legal risks in a commercial context
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment
  • A bar qualification is not required. Practical in-house legal experience and the ability to work closely with business teams are the key criteria.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with temporary employment, staffing models or external workforce arrangements is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and employment-related contracts in English, including B2B agreements, NDAs, MSPs, SOWs, and workforce-related documentation
  • Provide legal support to internal business teams, including HR, Operations, and Finance
  • Advice on labor law, temporary employment regulations, and external workforce models
  • Conduct legal research and translate legal analysis into practical business recommendations
  • Support compliance initiatives and legal risk management across multiple jurisdictions
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assist in implementing legal and compliance processes
  • Assist with corporate documentation and coordination of corporate registry matters
