Network Health is seeking a Legal Intern to join us part-time in the Summer of 2026. As a legal intern you can expect to work closely with Network Health’s legal team conducting research on laws, statutes and regulations pertaining to issues of concern or importance to the organization. You can expect to gain experience in various types of law including, but not limited to, administrative law, employment law, health law and compliance/privacy law. Possible projects the Legal Intern may work on include: Administrative Law : Collaborating with our Appeals and Grievances team to help identify trends in Medicare Administrative Law Judge hearing outcomes. Opportunities to attend hearings will also be available. Employment Law : Partnering with Human Resources to offer trainings and reminders on best practices regarding the FMLA, ADA, etc. Professional Conduct : Developing resources and conducting trainings on the Attorney-Client Privilege and how business leaders can help protect the privilege when communicating with in-house counsel. Contracts: Opportunities to review vendor contracts and polish issue spotting skills unique to different types of contracts under the supervision of in-house attorneys. This internship is part-time (24 hours per week) starting May 26, 2026 through July/August (based on school schedule). Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both with our hybrid workplace model. Travel to the corporate office in Menasha will be required occasionally for the internship, including on first day.
