Legal Intern
About The Position
Provide comprehensive support to the Legal Department across research, document preparation, and day‑to‑day operational needs. Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited law program, ideally 2–3 years in.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting or reviewing legal documents.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organization skills.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support attorneys on active matters.
- Draft and review documents such as memos, contracts, policies, and correspondence.
- Assist with case preparation , including organizing files, gathering information, and preparing exhibits.
- Support compliance projects by helping track regulations, update internal records, and review policies.
- Participate in meetings with legal team members to observe workflows and gain exposure to corporate legal processes.
