Job Description The Legal Intern will have exposure to attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff in the major practice areas of the legal department and will report to the General Counsel, Employment Law.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a full-time law degree at an ABA-accredited law school
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

  • Local to Milwaukee area (within 50 miles of the Milwaukee Headquarters location) for flexible/hybrid in-office model expectations
  • Previous internship experience, Law Review, Moot Court, or relevant clinic experience
  • Completed at least two semesters before start date (6/1/2026) (rising 2L or 3L)
  • 2.75 GPA or higher

Responsibilities

  • Perform legal research and help manage matters related to litigation, labor and employment, SEC compliance, commercial matters, intellectual property, global regulations, etc.
  • Collaborate across departments to complete assigned tasks and projects.
  • Contribute to the drafting of agreements, corporate filings, consents, employment policies, and related documentation.
  • Support legal operations by maintaining documentation, checklists, and filing systems to ensure collaboration and governance.
  • Update subsidiary management filings and related systems.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including file organization, database maintenance, and scheduling support.
