Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, contracts administration, project management, or related business operations.
  • Proficiency with legal technology systems, particularly Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Coupa, and similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and support end users of legal systems.

  • Experience in healthcare, law firm, or in-house legal department environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract lifecycle processes, including repository maintenance, templates, execution tracking, and metadata archiving to ensure compliance.
  • Support the legal team by addressing internal and external requests, distributing departmental communications, and coordinating project initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and report on dashboards and performance metrics to track productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions.
  • Administer and optimize legal technology systems, including CLM tools, CRM platforms, and management software, providing guidance to users as needed.
  • Assist in project management for legal initiatives, ensuring timely completion and seamless coordination across teams.
