About The Position

Sigma7 is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Ops Analyst to support the Legal function across three primary areas: Privacy Program operations, Entity Management, and Contract Administration. This role is designed for an analytical professional capable of executing structured legal processes, maintaining organized documentation systems, and supporting compliance-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Privacy Program Support Assist in documenting business processes across practice areas.
Support data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for high-risk processes.
Incorporate required data protection language into client, vendor, and subcontractor agreements.
Maintain organized privacy documentation and risk assessment records.
Support ongoing privacy compliance initiatives and remediation efforts.
Entity Management Maintain corporate entity records for Sigma7 and portfolio companies.
Organize formation documents, governing documents, and board/manager consents.
Track annual filings, registered agent requirements, and compliance deadlines.
Assist with preparation of resolutions and basic governance documentation.
Coordinate with external registered agents and service providers as needed.
Contract Administration Assist with managing contracts from intake through execution and filing.
Review NDA and other assigned agreements using structured clause checklists and escalate non-standard provisions.
Coordinate internal approval routing and signature execution.
Maintain organized contract repository with standardized naming conventions.
