Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year related experience or lending experience required.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, service, attention to detail, and people skills
• Ability to professionally interact with other members, vendors, departments and personnel
• Ability to multi-task amongst projects
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Knowledge of mortgage related requirements, procedures, and underwriting criteria
• Understanding of lending procedures and mortgage loan processing functions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet applications

Nice To Haves

• Loan training and certification are preferred.
• College degree in business related area or an equivalent combination of work experience and training preferred.
• Previous processing experience in the mortgage field preferred.
