Requirements

  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
  • A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others succeed

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or remote monitoring tools
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Azure AD, or Microsoft certifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing responsive, professional technical support and creating a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues remotely, helping clients stay productive and minimizing downtime.
  • Create, organize, and update service tickets while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service expectations.
  • Escalate more complex issues to advanced technicians and work closely with your team to deliver seamless support.
  • Provide clear, professional communication with end users while documenting issues, solutions, and next steps.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and basic administrative IT tasks that keep organizations running smoothly.
  • Learn new technologies, tools, and systems while building a strong technical foundation for your IT career.
