About The Position

Join GulfSouth Autism Center as a Full-Time BCBA in the vibrant Covington, LA. Competitive salary starting at $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 DOE, relocation compensation available! About Us GulfSouth Autism Center (GSAC) is a multidisciplinary clinic that services autistic preschoolers ages 2-6. Our goal is to support each child in developing communication, regulation, and participation skills so they can transition into school with the tools they need to succeed. The BCBA/Clinical Supervisor Level 3 is an in-clinic leadership role responsible for managing a full caseload of clients while supervising line technicians within the clinic. The BCBA Clinical Supervisor Level 3 is integral to the daily operations of the clinic, providing direct supervision, mentorship, and guidance to line technicians, while ensuring compliance with treatment plans and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in a discipline approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, with no pending litigation or disciplinary actions.
  • Must be licensed in the State of Louisiana
  • Must carry professional liability insurance with a minimum limit of coverage of
