About The Position
Wood Violet Recovery is looking for an LPC to help lead our therapeutic and educational group programming for clients in our mental health program. This role is ideal for someone who excels in group facilitation and enjoys a structured, collaborative clinical environment. A very small individual caseload (0–5 clients) may be assigned.
Requirements
- Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in state of Wisconsin (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
- Valid WI Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Lead daily therapeutic, educational, and process groups (primary duty).
- Maintain group curriculum and documentation.
- Provide minimal individual counseling as needed.
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Support client engagement, safety, and progress.
