How You Will Make a Difference Deliver exceptional, customized skincare treatments using Skin Authority’s proven protocols and products to achieve guests’ wellness goals. Create tailored treatment and home-care plans for lasting skin health, radiance, and confidence. Educate guests on professional products, packages, and add-ons to drive retail and service success. Perform and promote advanced add-on services to elevate every session with luxury and efficacy. Build rapport through consultations and visits to foster loyalty, rebooking, and long-term relationships. Maintain spotless, professional treatment spaces and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. Active Licensed Esthetician with current liability insurance. 1–2+ years hands-on esthetician experience preferred, with passion for advanced skincare and results.
