This role is the heartbeat of our operation—supporting front-end mortgage pre-approvals, daily workflow, marketing initiatives, and client experiences. Mortgage Origination & Client Support Assist with front-end loan pre-approvals, including gathering documents, reviewing credit, income, and assets, and preparing pre-approval letters. Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and partners to deliver clear, confident, and smooth pre-approval experiences. Help manage the loan pipeline and track progress on active files. Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with new leads and prospects. Administrative & Organizational Support Support the Loan Officer’s email inbox and calendar, keeping priorities, appointments, and deadlines running smoothly. Coordinate follow-ups with clients, referral partners, and internal team members. Maintain clean, updated client records and assist with CRM management. Marketing & Client Engagement Assist with marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media posts, and database outreach. Help execute client communication strategies that keep prospects and past clients engaged and connected. Event Planning & Experiences Plan and coordinate client appreciation events, partner lunches, educational seminars, and networking events. Manage vendors, logistics, guest lists, and post-event follow-up marketing. Help create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships and build our brand.

Requirements

  • Must currently hold an MLO license or be willing to become licensed within 3 months of hire.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A clear, confident communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
  • Tech-savvy and confident with: Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Mortgage-related platforms.
  • MUST be proficient in Excel and basic mortgage math.
  • Driven, coachable, positive, and eager to grow within the mortgage industry.
