We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals navigating substance use. In this role, you'll provide individual, group, and family therapy. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you'll help guide clients toward long-term recovery and emotional well-being through compassionate, evidence-based care. Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: In-Person, Malibu, California

Requirements

  • Education: Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • License: Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Driver's License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion)
  • Meet and maintain all applicable California requirements to be a supervisor of Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.
  • Possess a current and active California license that is not under suspension or probation as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks.
  • Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and holidays to meet 24/7/265 healthcare facility needs

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on relational and interpersonal healing
  • Conducting initial and ongoing assessments.
  • Developing individualized and follow-up treatment plans.
  • Actively participating in the multi-disciplinary team process to contribute to positively to the overall treatment plan for clients.
  • provide supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.
