Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LPCC)
About The Position
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist must be able to work with children ages 3 or 5 and up through adult. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC in GA
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately 15–20 clients per week
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
