Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license (State of Florida) (required)
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
- Must comply with all health, background screening, and regulatory requirements.
Nice To Haves
- SNF/LTC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
- Supervise and support CNA staff during your shift
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Complete, accurate, and timely documentation
