This position is eligible for an up to $2000 bonus! The LNA assists with routine nursing care, administers and documents medications during assigned medication passes, monitors student health status, and responds to health concerns during residential and evening hours. As a member of the Wellness Department and residential team, the LNA collaborates with nursing staff and program leadership to support medical coverage and continuity of care, including medication preparation within scope of practice, coordination of medical and allied health appointments, provision of first aid, and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system in compliance with organizational policies. How You'll Be Making a Difference Assist the Registered Nurse in providing nursing care and supporting the ongoing health needs of residential and/or day students.
