About The Position
This position requires an active State Occupational Therapy Assistant license. Applicants without a current OTA license will not be considered. Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Senior Living Community Location: Northwest Indianapolis, near Zionsville Schedule: Full-time (30 – 40 hours per week, weekday schedule) Position Overview: HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our multidisciplinary team providing a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to improve the quality of life for our senior residents. In this role, you will work with a diverse population of residents, addressing their unique therapeutic needs to help them achieve greater independence and improved physical health. You'll be supported by a collaborative team, providing opportunities for meaningful impact on patients' lives. Requirements
- Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license.
- These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
