Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Senior Living Community Location: Northwest Indianapolis, near Zionsville Schedule: Full-time (30 – 40 hours per week, weekday schedule) Position Overview: HTS is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our multidisciplinary team providing a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to improve the quality of life for our senior residents. In this role, you will work with a diverse population of residents, addressing their unique therapeutic needs to help them achieve greater independence and improved physical health. You'll be supported by a collaborative team, providing opportunities for meaningful impact on patients' lives.
