Requirements
- Licensed opticians (active State license required)
- A driven, service- and sales-oriented individual with an amazing personality
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology
- Team player who is positive, motivated, and open to growth
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Sales training and a passion for helping patients make the best choices for their vision and lifestyle
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalized patient experiences from handoff to frame selection
- Support and educate patients on lens options, frame styles, and vision solutions tailored to their needs
- Utilize technology (Optikam, Lensometer, Edger) to ensure optimal fit and function
- Manage frame boards, inventory, and lens orders
- Work collaboratively with the doctor and tech teams to maximize capture rate and uphold the highest standards of quality
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques
