Requirements

  • Licensed opticians (active State license required)
  • A driven, service- and sales-oriented individual with an amazing personality
  • Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology
  • Team player who is positive, motivated, and open to growth
  • Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Sales training and a passion for helping patients make the best choices for their vision and lifestyle

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized patient experiences from handoff to frame selection
  • Support and educate patients on lens options, frame styles, and vision solutions tailored to their needs
  • Utilize technology (Optikam, Lensometer, Edger) to ensure optimal fit and function
  • Manage frame boards, inventory, and lens orders
  • Work collaboratively with the doctor and tech teams to maximize capture rate and uphold the highest standards of quality
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques
