Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant – Part Time
About The Position
This position requires an active State Physical Therapist (PT)or State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Applicants without a current PT or PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist OR Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a highly-rated senior living community in Owensboro, KY, offering skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, assisted and independent living. Work with a variety of conditions and diagnoses in a large, well-equipped therapy gym. Position Details: · Part-time: approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. · Preferably 5 days per week. At a minimum, PTA is needed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. · Competitive hourly rate. · Work with a supportive, collaborative team that values teamwork and excellence in patient care. Requirements
- Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or a Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant, or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning a degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist or physical therapist assistant education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
