Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - Senior Living
This position requires an active State Physical Therapist (PT) license. Applicants without a current PT license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.

HTS is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a 5-Star CMS rated senior living community located in the historic Clifton area of Louisville, KY. This 113-bed facility offers a range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term care, A dedicated Health & Rehabilitation Center specializes in transitional care and post-acute recovery. The spacious and fully equipped therapy gym has state-of-the-art technology.

Position Details:
· Part-time: approximately 15-20 hours per week.
· Flexible schedule: could be any variation between 3-5 days/week.
· Competitive hourly rate.

Requirements

• Applicants must have an active Kentucky Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
