Performs patient care, health teaching and health counseling in an oncology setting, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN); assists in the goal of individualizing the care of patients in an attempt to support the patients to adapt to the disease process and achieve the highest level of wellness; performs routine nursing care procedures; screens, performs venipuncture and monitors plateletpheresis and whole blood donor procedures; maintains donor and product safety ensuring compliance with State and Federal procedure regulations; enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops. Salary range for this position is $56,422 annually - $68,070 annually which consists of a base salary and geographic differential. This includes a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
