Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) Rehabilitation
About The Position
The Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana is a state-of-the-art, 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Provides patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
- Current state license as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification
Nice To Haves
- ACLS IV Certified required or obtained within six (6) months
- Six (6) months’ Medical/Surgical experience
- Six (6) months to One (1) Rehabilitation experience
